Welcome to the Houston MBDA Export Center
The Houston Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Export Center is funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and operated by HYBAS INTERNATIONAL LLC, to help Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), with contracting and financing opportunities and greater access to global markets.

The Houston MBDA Export Center provides free training with technical assistance and business development to minority businesses nationwide that want to learn how to export or, already export and want to expand their global presence in other countries.
In addition, the Houston MBDA Export Center offers webinars on how to export, one-on-one counseling, and a host of other government resources such as access to capital, access to contracts, access to grants, export credit risk insurance, and overseas business matchmaking. We want to align you with opportunities in exporting to help close the gap that exists with minorities in the export industry. I look forward to speaking with you.
